Vacancies for Skills Coaches for the 11 Year Old Pathway Programme - apply now!

Dear Coaching Staff
As you may be aware the Kent County ASA are again implementing the County 11 year old Pathway in accordance with the requirements of Swim England Talent Programmes. We are now recruiting 6 Skills Coaches to work with the Head Coach appointed for the 2018 Programme. The roles are particularly aimed at Level 1 Coaches although we will consider applications from those more qualified. You may have already received a copy of the Pathway Guidance but if not a further copy is attached for information purposes.
I will be the Programme Lead assisted by John King (County Development Co-ordinator)
