Officials needed for the Kent Swimming Champs

Hope you all had a really good Christmas and that you all have a happy, healthy 2016.

As most of you are aware we have been experiencing problems reaching you via the Kent officials website and are currently in the process of having a new solution written.  In the meantime I have sent out invitations for the Kent Championships.

Please accept my apologies for chasing you all before the 'reply by' date, but I am wary of the fact that a lot of you may not have received the information, so want to get this email to you asap.

Please help me by:

1. forwarding this message far and wide
2. replying to me at:  carinaenderby@hotmail.co.uk

• to confirm that you received the invitations and what your availability is (even if it is that you are not available), or
• to let me know that you did not receive the invitations so that I can look into why and get the site to email you so that you are sorted for next time.
