SE Open Water National Age Group Championships 2026

Qualification for entry to this race is based on finishing place in the regional event: The top 4 in the London event (for each age) will qualify for the nationals and the top 7 in the South East Event. Alternatively, qualification can be gained through a long course 1500 time which is specified for each age in the conditions document.
The age categories are: 13,14,15,16, 17/18 and 19+ with the 13’s swimming a 3km race, 14s and 15s swimming a 5km race and 16, 17/18 and 19+ swimming in a 7.5km race, so a step up in distance from the regional qualifier event.
