Contact the County Welfare Officer

To make an initial contact with Kent Swimming's Welfare Officer, Chelsey Denney, please complete the form below.  All information will be shared on a strictly 'need to know' basis only.  This form can be used by athletes (children and adults), parents, other club members, teachers/coaches, etc, to:

  • report a concern
  • make a disclosure
  • ask for guidance related to: welfare (children and adults), inclusion, equality and diversity, safety, and related issues
  • ask for support with a new or ongoing issue within your club
  • ask for information on related policies and procedures

Remember, if a child has been harmed or at immediate risk of being harmed, phone 999 to contact the emergency services.  

If the concern in taking place in the home, school or community, contact your local Children's Services.

This Child Safeguarding Referral Form must also be completed and emailed to Swim England.
