Coach Welfare Breakfast Meeting

This free breakfast meeting - and yes, it does include a free breakfast - is open to coaches working within Kent's clubs to discuss the various concerns you face within your role, and to work together to identify how we can help to support you at County level.
Topics for discussion will include:
- Coach welfare at galas
- Coach welfare within clubs
- Support from committees
- Work/life balance
Spaces will be strictly limited to 15 in total and to just one coach per club so that we can offer this opportunity to a wider range of clubs.
