Sad news about long-time Kent Swimming supporter, Pat Connolly

Our thoughts are with the family of longstanding Kent Official, ex Medway ASA President and life member at Black Lion SC, Pat Connolly, who sadly passed away on Sunday 16 August.  He was the husband of the late Bev Connolly who was President of the KCASA in 2004, both of whom gave up so much of their time for swimming in the county.

Pat's funeral will be at English Martyrs Church, Strood on 27 August at 1:00pm, followed by the committal at Strood cemetery at 2:00pm. 

The family are leaving flowers or donation to personal choice and if any one wishes to send a donation it should be given to the funeral directors for The Wisdom Hospice Rochester. 

Anyone who wishes to attend will be very welcome.
