Take part in the 2014 Annual Volunteer Satisfaction Survey
12th December 2014
2014 sees the launch of the first ASA annual volunteer satisfaction survey which will provide all ASA volunteers with an opportunity to tell us more about your personal volunteer experience.
The survey will not only offer you the opportunity to tell us about your current experience, but to highlight any additional support or training that you would like to receive.
We want to know more about your individual experience as a volunteer, what motivates you, the training you have accessed and how much you know about the volunteer support currently available to you. Survey responses will support the future development of ASA volunteer initiatives.
The satisfaction survey is open to all ASA volunteers of any age and from all aquatic disciplines. Whether you are a parent who helps out on the front desk, a club coach, team manager or committee member - all we ask is that you don't receive any payment for the time you give up to the sport. If you perform a role within aquatics as a volunteer and are paid for another please complete the survey from a volunteer perspective only.
The survey will close on the 12th December and should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Volunteers are the lifeblood of our aquatic clubs, and we want to know more about the experience you have!
The survey is completely confidential and does not require personal details to be provided. It also will not identify any club or county so please complete it as honestly as possible. Should you have any questions regarding the use of the survey results, please do not hesitate to contact volunteering@swimming.org
