London Region Open Water Age Group/Masters Championships

The Open Water Championships of both the Swim England London and Swim England South East provide the only opportunity for qualifying for the Swim England National Championships. In both cases, the top three swimmers (representing a club affiliated to the respective region) in each age-group/gender event will qualify.
This means that to have a chance of qualifying for the National event, members of Kent Rural clubs must swim in the South East event and members of Kent London clubs must swim in the London event.
And we're not just talking about Age Group swimmers, these are events for Masters too! Also, both regional events are open events so whether you belong to a Kent Rural or a Kent London club, you can enter either event for more competitive practice - or just for fun! Masters can also enter the national event on the same basis.
Swim England South East Open Water Championships 2025
The South East Region Open Water Swimming Championship event is taking place at Mercers Park, South Nutfield, Redhill RH1 4EU on 29 June with full details available here. Please note that the closing date for entries is Tuesday 17 June 2025.
Swim England London Open Water Championships 2025
The London Region Open Water Swimming Championship event is taking place on 6 July 2025 at the Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre, 235A Westferry Road, Docklands, London E14 3QS with full details available here. Please note that the closing date for entries is 20 June 2025.
Swim England Open Water National Championships 2025
These will be held on 26 July (Age Groups) and 27 July (Masters) at the Rother Valley Country Park, Mansfield Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S26 5PQ and full details are here
